Terrible construction and mean management. Avoid at all costs unless you love vandalism on your car in the night, huge dogs walked without leashes, cigarette smoke, rude management, squatters, tailgaters without gate passes following you in illegally, poor exterior lighting, and high crime rates. The construction is what keeps everyone at odds. You can hear your neighbor's every move. Live upstairs and you hear your neighbors sigh, but also take heat from neighbors below you who get no relief from your footsteps. Live on first floor, and deal with constant noise from above. Most tenants did not go through interview with HOA to avoid credit check. So a lot of the neighbors are renting illegally and tend to be tough characters. Management is unprofessional and blows off all of your compaints unless you own your unit. The atmosphere created is owners vs. tenants and the owners know it and have become abusive Nazi-types. Avoid this place for a rental or investment property. The shoddy construction and mean-spirited management will lead to nightmares. Someone in charge of management, please fire Danielle for her rudeness.
