Cedar Pointe Village Seven is the best place I have ever lived. It is close to the beach, shopping, groceries, ... everything! And where else can you find a recreation condo for 300 per month (assuming you have bought)????
The condo's are nice and the grounds are kept clean.
I have lived here three years and not had a single problem with the management or at the pool. But then I don't hob-nob with those that party at the pool. Instead I have friends from church or clubs in the area.
Cedar Point Village Seven is preferred to other villages because it is kept in better condition on a regular basis. You will find that property values are higher and it is generally a preferred place to live.
Recreation in the area is wonderful. We are minutes from the beach and can access everything from bike riding to deep sea fishing. Even without a boat the fishing is marvelous. Just this Saturday I caught a 25 inch black drum under the bridge just minutes from the house!
If you want a great place to live... look at Cedar Pointe.
Cedar Pointe Village 7 located in Stuart Florida is, for the most part, is a hideous experience. The Board of Directors (fondly known by many as the "pool nazis", have done everything in their power to ruin everyone's living experience, and ruin the sale of any condo. Who would buy a $60K condo and pay over $300 in monthly maintenance? They sit around the pool daily and make up association rules to suit their personal likes and dislikes, all time giggling like the mean-spirited, no-life people they are. Many of the residents at Cedar Pointe are truly lovely and likeable people and its a great location, however, the whole experience is made miserable by the few who consider themselves sole owners of Cedar Pointe. Election day cannot come soon enough.
